Key House had its own website. Even a few, because the marketing strategist of the company assumes the construction of a separate website for each new development investment. However, the company page itself, presenting the company, its missions and goals was not built at a good, satisfactory level. The task of our agency was to build a company, corporate website presenting the company and briefly an offer of current investments in sales.

What is the goal of a website for Key House?

In the construction industry, especially when thinking about companies that create housing estates, the image that the company represents is extremely important. It should be stable, serious and professional. Key House builds houses and apartments for individual clients. These customers, thinking about their own home, choose companies that are very friendly, stable and experienced. The new website presents the company and the people involved in its functioning, current and already completed investments.

Target group

The company operates on the Polish market, and its potential clients are mainly families looking for a place to live and start a family. The second layer of the target group is individual investors looking for a way to invest capital in a stable real estate market.

Briefly about the implementation

As an agency, we have extensive experience in web design for the development industry. We have already worked through many elements on this type of site and we know well how to build a site that fulfills the basic objectives. Of course, the basis is to create its structure, develop subpages and what should be found on them.

We have created a website that presents Key House and its offer in a visually attractive and intuitive way. We have designed subpages for the current offer, completed investments and a number of additional services, such as interior arrangements or support in financial advice. Noteworthy is an interesting UX treatment, which is the use of instagram reels on the website in the form of news. We usually associate news with written content, and in this case we used instagram videos as a form of presentation of news.

Effect

Choosing Webflow to build a website for Key House resulted in the creation of a very stable and efficient website. Incredibly simple and intuitive content editing and the ability to add new investments has become a key feature used before the marketing department of Key House Development.

Another extremely important aspect that we managed to achieve on the new website is to strengthen the company's image as a stable and trusted partner. We have created an attractive design that is part of the entire corporate visual identity, functional and intuitive.
